Welcome Wild One

I guide humans deeper into their bodies, passions and pleasure through the healing art of Yoga, Meditation, and Somatics. I facilitate adventure retreats because soul sports (like Freediving) and time in nature remind us of who we are and why we are here. I believe that play is a spiritual practice, sweat is a form of prayer and deep belly laughter is the best medicine.

Ten years ago, loaded with a heavy backpack and in need of a good thaw after a long Canadian winter, I landed on a little island in Indonesia called Gili Trawangan. I fell in love with the island vibes, the ‘bicycles only’ rule and most of all the thriving life below the surface. On a bench on the beach with a sketch book and a conversation ‘just for fun’, a friend and I drafted up the first vision of what would become Freedive Gili and Gili Yoga- a Freediving and Yoga sanctuary ‘born from the experience’ for people who like their fun with a little spice.

I know what it’s like to feel a full yes before it makes sense.

I know what it takes to trust that guidance all the way into the unknown until it unfolds as it was always meant to.

I love supporting people through the process of hearing their inner voice, honoring it and expressing it outward into the world.

By 2013 I had been teaching and directing Freedive Gili and Gili Yoga full time for 5 years and felt the desire to do something new, something edgy, something that invited me deeper into myself and my understanding of how I show up in the world. So I signed up for my first Freediving competition because it terrified me and because I couldn’t deny that my curiosity was sparked and it tends to lead to exciting places. My first competition happened to be the World Championships. You could say I dove straight in the deep end. Since then I have set 18 National Records, am a World Champion Silver Medalist and dive to over - 98 meters in Constant Weight (swimming down and up). I am still driven by the desire to know myself deeply, a love for deep meditation and all things flow and because I am genuinely curious to see what’s possible when I say yes to life.

Over the last 10 years I have been fully devoted to the study, practice and facilitation of Yoga, Meditation and Freediving and more recently, Embodied Healing Modalities and Authentic Relating.

I lead Yoga Teacher Trainings, Immersive Retreats and Private Healing Journeys that facilitate deep change and uncover the depths of your radiant passion, joy and creativity.

Join me for an adventure into your innermost Self.
